Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support EP Technologies Affera systems across California. The role is remote with up to 75% travel, covering from Santa Barbara to the Oregon border, and requires strong field service and engineering problem-solving skills.

You will coordinate with sales and clinical teams to install, service, and upgrade equipment. The ideal candidate has a technical background in engineering and experience in clinical field service, with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of technical, clinical field service, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, verify, and maintain EP Technologies Affera systems at customer sites.
• Maintain technical records and documentation per regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and input to engineering and manufacturing on product upgrades.
• Assist in design improvement discussions and communicate field feedback.
