Medtronic is seeking an EP Mapping Specialist to join our Cardiac Ablation Solutions team in a remote role. You will reside within the territory and travel to multiple accounts as needed, with a valid driver’s license essential.

You will provide clinical and technical support to physicians and staff on EP mapping systems, train customers on CAS products, and collaborate with sales and clinical teams to advance patient outcomes using Medtronic’s electrophysiology solutions.

Formación

• High school diploma plus 10 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Associate degree plus 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS products.
• Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
• Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.
• Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
