Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Affera Mapping Specialist to lead mapping solutions for cardiac and electrophysiological systems. This remote role requires residing within the territory and traveling to multiple accounts with a valid driver’s license.

The role blends clinical training with technical support, shaping patient outcomes through advanced mapping technology and collaboration with clinicians, engineers, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on EP mapping and CAS products.
• Educate physicians, hospital staff on CAS products and related procedures.
• Promote safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Understand and support regional sales objectives to achieve/exceed goals within all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
• Collaborate with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with local sales and clinical teams to conduct customer training for mapping and CAS solutions.
• Represent Medtronic CAS to physicians and staff regarding products, service and support.
• Act as regional champion to share experiences and promote mapping technology.
