Job summary

Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Professional Sales Representative for the Phoenix South, AZ region (ADHD).

The role entails achieving sales objectives by executing marketing strategies and providing physician customers with product information to drive sales within the territory. The position requires a proven track record in outside sales, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside Business‑to‑Business (B2B) sales experience.
• Must possess excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Individuals must produce documented sales results and examples of awards/achievements.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly sales objectives for Supernus products in the assigned territory.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies as directed.
• Participate in off-site sales meetings and training programs.
• Demonstrate mastery of selling skills from Initial Sales Training and Plan of Action meetings.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of Supernus products, competitive products, and support services.
• Maintain up-to-date call records for physicians and key customers.
• Adhere to policies for distribution of marketing material and samples.
• Submit reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Develop and maintain a physician universe and territory management plan for efficient coverage.
• Assist with special projects (e.g., managed care pull-through programs, pre-launch initiatives).
• Maintain a positive business climate for the Company.
