Job summary

Rebel Athletic LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help expand our presence in the School Cheer market. This role involves building strong customer relationships through in-person meetings, guiding clients in their purchasing processes, and maintaining a strategic territory plan.

Successful candidates will have 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a territory independently. Flexible travel is required, as the job involves significant external engagement with customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined geographic territory with accountability for results.
• Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Spend a minimum of 50% of time prospecting in the field.
