Job summary

Muncie Power Products is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead sales strategies for their Snow & Ice Division. This remote position involves maintaining relationships with existing customers and expanding market share through new distribution channels.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years in sales, coupled with strong communication and analytical skills. The role requires extensive travel in the designated territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fluid power, business, marketing, or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales-related experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Snow & Ice Division.
• Maintain and grow business with existing and prospective accounts.
• Understand technical specifications related to truck-mounted hydraulics.
