Job summary

Alpinestars is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead the Dealer Developer team and drive revenue growth across our US dealer network. The role requires coaching, managing, and motivating sales teams with deep powersports knowledge, and travel nationwide.

The position involves developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, reporting KPIs, and maintaining strong distributor, dealer, and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related field; 4+ years in sales/powersports.
• Strong record of meeting sales targets and expanding dealer networks.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a sales plan that expands dealer reach, brand position and revenue growth.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Analyze market trends and report progress to senior management.
• Distributor, Dealer & Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with partners and key accounts.
• Team Leadership: Oversee performance and profitability across the field sales team; train and motivate Dealer Developers.
• Administration: Ensure documentation, reporting, and budgets are accurate and on schedule.
