• Minimum 1 year healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide member resolution by researching, analyzing and documenting inquiries about program eligibility.
• Answer questions about programs and services to maintain/attract membership.
• Conduct outreach and follow up with education on Fidelis products and act as liaison between member and departments.
• Document interactions in CRM systems and update member data.
