Resource Environmental Solutions LLC is seeking an Estimator I to support cost estimation for restoration and construction projects. You will help interpret plans, perform quantity takeoffs, and generate bids in collaboration with experienced estimators and project teams.

This role blends field site work with office estimating, focusing on accurate pricing, constructability insights, and timely bid preparation to advance project development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in environmental/civil construction management or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with estimating software or digital plan review tools (Bluebeam, Adobe).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates for bids and projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specs.
• Collaborate with estimators, PMs, and technical teams.
• Review plans at different stages to understand constructability and costs.
