Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant applied social science (HCI, psychology, human factors, cognitive science, etc.).
• 10+ years of combined DoD experience as service member, civilian, or contractor employee.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure test objectives.
• Oversee data collection through observations, surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Lead a remote research team responsible for test plans and analysis of mixed-method data.
• Represent the team’s contributions to partners, stakeholders, and customers.
• Support knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.
