State Farm seeks a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist to handle accident and weather-related claims for homeowners, commercial properties, and large losses. You’ll meet insureds, explain coverage, estimate damages, and guide claims with Remarkable service.

Role involves on-site inspections, collaboration with policyholders and agents, and the use of technology to support claim employees. Remote-field work from home with vehicle for appointments; travel within Arkansas may be required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments for residential and commercial claims.
• Gather information from policyholders and agents to resolve claims.
• Interact with involved parties during inspections with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
• Document findings and prepare detailed reports to support claims.
• Investigate and adjust property claims with exposures up to $500,000.
• Evaluate coverage and policy terms for claim validity and compliance.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits.
