Qualifications

• Experience in property claims handling
• Strong knowledge of property policies and coverage
• Construction knowledge for residential/commercial buildings
• Ability to work in territory with regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication with clients, agents, and stakeholders
• Ability to assess damages and negotiate settlements

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections for residential and commercial claims

• Prepare detailed reports to support claims handling
• Investigate and adjust property claims up to $500,000
• Evaluate policy terms to determine claim validity and compliance
