Job summary

Concentric LLC is hiring a Field Project Manager- Construction, Critical Power, to lead projects from quotation through commissioning and acceptance. You will coordinate sales, operations, and service teams, manage subcontractors, control costs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role is remote with preference for candidates in California; a strong background in critical power systems and project leadership is required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution or minimum 10 years of field service, project management and/or proposal generation experience with critical power distribution systems.
• Project Management Professional certification (PMP) required.
• Experience in managing construction projects in California under a General Contractor license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, establish, maintain, and regularly update project schedules; communicate delays to operations and customers.
• Support sales, operations, and service teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project budgets within key performance measurements and monitor costs and variances.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contracts and specifications.
• Provide clear communication, documentation, and change orders as needed.
