Job summary

Concentric, LLC is seeking a Field Project Manager- Construction, Critical Power, for remote work in California. You will lead projects from quotation through commissioning, coordinating sales, operations and service teams, ensuring cost, quality and schedule objectives are met.

The role requires PMP, CA license, 5+ years PM experience in construction, and travel up to 75%. You will provide technical leadership, manage budgets and risks, and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California General Contractor Class B license or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• 5+ years construction project management with field experience.
• Experience managing construction projects in California under a General Contractor license.
• OSHA 30 and NFPA Certification.
• Strong knowledge of CSLB requirements, permitting, and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution for construction projects.
• Coordinate sales, operations, and service teams and manage subcontractors.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Monitor costs, margins, and KPIs; report variances and progress.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to meet project goals.
• Maintain accurate as-built documentation and project records.
