Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Field Operations Lead to oversee field-based execution supporting complex data collection and integration across CONUS and OCONUS environments. The role leads a distributed team, coordinates with customer stakeholders, and helps shape operational plans that improve project outcomes.

This remote-US position requires 5–7 years in ISR operations or military analysis, a Bachelor's degree, an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of ISR operations or military analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Knowledge of EO, IR, and SAR sensors.
• Previous support experience with Special Operations Forces.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Service Representatives across CONUS and OCONUS operations
• Develop plans and pipelines for data collection and integration
• Identify data collection opportunities with tactical subject matter experts
• Interface with customer staff to enhance project outcomes
• Communicate effectively across teams and with stakeholders at various technical proficiency levels
