Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Field Operations Lead to oversee field-based execution supporting complex data collection and integration across CONUS and OCONUS environments. The role leads a distributed team, coordinates with customer stakeholders, and helps shape operational plans that improve project outcomes.

This remote-US position requires 5–7 years in ISR operations or military analysis, a Bachelor's degree, an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI, and willingness to travel

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Field Operations Lead to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will oversee field-based execution supporting complex data collection and integration efforts across both domestic and international environments. The ideal candidate will lead a distributed team, coordinate with customer stakeholders, and help shape operational plans that improve project outcomes. This position also requires collaboration with technical and non-technical partners to support emerging data needs in a mission-driven setting.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $135,000 – $175,000 annually
