Job summary

Clutch Canada is seeking a Field Dispatcher to coordinate scheduling for our on-the-ground resources, including In-House Technicians and Portfolio Associates. This role involves managing property management tasks, facilitating inspections, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of timelines.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in property management is preferred. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25.00-$27.00.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management or dispatch coordination preferred.
• Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
• Experience working with automated workflow systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders, inspections, and property management tasks.
• Provide excellent support to In-House Technicians.
• Track and present performance metrics and SLA adherence.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders proactively.
• Partner with teams to prioritize work and manage data.
