Qualifications

• 3-5 years in insurance field operations, marketing or similar role.
• Experience with data analysis preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Develop recommendations to improve sales productivity and drive efficiencies.
• Coordinate product rollouts, sales initiatives, communications, technology integration, process optimization, and profitability actions.
• Assist territory and market leadership with project management, presentation preparation, and communication initiatives.
• Support leadership on ad-hoc projects including problem-resolution as assigned.
• Coordinate territory and market meetings with agendas, communication, logistics, speakers, and content.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
