Job summary

Farmers Group Inc. in Central California seeks a Field Operations Analyst to provide operational and analytical support to territory leadership, optimizing performance of regional initiatives.

The role conducts market research, analyzes data, and delivers insights to guide sales productivity, agent performance, and customer experience. Collaboration across teams and proactive project management are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance field operations, marketing or similar role.
• Experience with data analysis preferred.
• Salary commensurate with experience, qualifications and location in CA.

Responsibilities

• Conducts market research, analyzes data, and provides actionable insights and recommendations related to field operations to territory and market leadership.
• Develops recommendations to improve sales productivity and to drive efficiencies.
• Coordinates product rollouts, sales initiatives, communication strategies, technology integration, process optimization, and profitability actions.
• Assists territory and market leadership with project management, presentation preparation, and communication initiatives.
• Supports leadership on ad-hoc projects including problem-resolution as assigned.
• Works across stakeholders to coordinate territory and market meetings including meeting agendas, communication, logistics, speakers, and content.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance field operations, marketing or similar role required.
• Experience with data analysis preferred.
