Job summary

National Care Advisors is seeking a Nurse Case Manager based in Austin to deliver case management services addressing eldercare needs and quality‑of‑life challenges. You will collaborate with family caregivers, attorneys, financial planners, and trustees to support the client.

Requirements include a BSN and 5+ years of clinical nursing, with CCM/CRRN preferred. Strong communication, MacOS/MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a virtual environment with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BSN required; CCM/CRRN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience; case management or workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Experience with third party benefits (health insurance, Medicaid, Social Security, DD services).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
