Job summary

SCAN Health Plan in the United States is seeking an experienced FSR Auditor to oversee CMS and DHCS compliance through on-site and desktop audits of internal processes and delegated providers.

You will prepare written audit results, communicate findings, and work with providers to implement corrective action plans. The role requires driving in assigned territory and offers remote/field work, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of related FSR Auditing experience.
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
• Technical expertise - Basic technical skills for functional area
• Problem Solving - Basic problem-solving skills
• Communication - Good communication and interpersonal skills
• This role requires driving in assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and desktop auditing of SCAN internal processes and FDRs.
• Prepare detailed written results of oversight audits with findings and recommendations.
• Communicate areas for improvement to network providers and request corrective actions.
• Develop policies, procedures, and workflows in collaboration with Compliance.
• Conduct closing meetings and assist providers with CAP implementation.
• Respond to disagreements and educate providers on regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams on regulatory submissions and HPMS updates.
• Drive in assigned territory and support audit projects across regions.
