Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Associate in the Sports Medicine specialty. You’ll support Sales Representatives in promoting and marketing Stryker products, educating clinicians, and tailoring messages to customer needs. You’ll help select appropriate products, answer questions, and differentiate Stryker offerings from competitors.

Expected travel is up to 20% with a remote/field-based arrangement. A BA/BS is required, and in-house product training will be provided to become proficient quickly.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in an outside sales position (medical related fields is preferable).
• B.A. or B.S. degree required. Field sales training—In field training.
• Successful completion of in-house product training program.
• Seeking a passionate leader of self, people & process, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives in sales, promotion and marketing of Stryker products.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on product use and updates.
• Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge and needs.
• Advise on product selection and distinguish from competitors.
