Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 5 years of total professional experience, including project/program management experience supporting and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Track launch-related activities to ensure timely execution and identify process improvements.
• Provide day-to-day oversight for key systems and processes with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Provide project management support for key initiatives, including medical advisory boards and milestones.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.
• Track budgets and financial targets with Finance & Purchasing; advise on cost flexibility.
• Manage portfolio activities via harmonized tools.
• Coordinate Medical Plan development with Alliance and Franchise teams.
• Triage Veeva CRM and field systems issues.
• Process materials through MMRC approval and upload into Veeva CLM.
