Qualifications

• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and launches.
• Knowledge of Smartsheet, Excel, project management tools, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support launch excellence by tracking key launch activities to ensure timely execution.
• Provide day-to-day oversight for key systems and processes with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Develop KPI reports to communicate status of deliverables and milestones.
• Collaborate with Finance & Purchasing to track budgets and financial targets.
• Coordinate meetings and communications to align program activities and tactical execution.
