Job summary

Sanofi in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Global Scientific Communications Lead for the Immunology Pipeline. You will oversee scientific communications strategies, manage publications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs and Clinical Development to support early launch assets.

Based in Morristown or Cambridge Crossing, you will travel ~30% domestically/internationally, lead meetings, budget, and develop annual plans.

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/ PharmD in life sciences or related field with industry experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Scientific Communications, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling clear delivery of complex data to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally about 30% and be in the Morristown, NJ office (or Cambridge Crossing).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of internal and external scientific communications materials including core slide decks, evidence-based platforms, disease awareness videos, training decks and other scientific communications initiatives.
• Lead publication development including publication plan development, manuscript review and strategy for data dissemination.
• Manage global medical communication, congress, and publication strategies for Next Gen Immunology, aligning with Medical Affairs and brand strategy.
• Lead global medical education activities to fill learning gaps identified in the annual plan.
• Lead publication meetings, manage workload and budget with Global-Hub and participate in special projects as needed.
• Become subject matter expert in Gastroenterology & Respiratory assets.
• Create Annual Medical Communications and Publications plans with Resp/GI Sci. Comm and Medical and Early Development Team.
• Collaborate on symposia development and innovative congress assets with metrics.
