Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Field Marketing Intern to support regional programs, events, and collaboration with sales and partners. You will gain hands-on experience in event marketing, ABM initiatives, and cross-functional coordination with sales and partner teams to drive pipeline and customer engagement.

The role offers exposure to in-market campaigns and performance measurement, with a focus on regional priorities and content support within a fully remote internship in the US.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in Marketing/Business/Communications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in event marketing or customer engagement strategies.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing field marketing programs (executive dinners, regional events, trade shows, partner activations).
• Coordinate logistics: venue research, vendor coordination, attendee tracking, on-site support.
• Manage event timelines, run-of-show docs, post-event follow-ups.
• Collaborate with regional sales for target accounts and attendee prioritization.
• Coordinate joint programs with partners to drive pipeline and relationships.
• Track follow-ups and support post-event engagement.
• Support targeted outreach campaigns tied to regional programs.
• Assist with segmentation lists, invitations, and campaign performance.
• Ensure messaging aligns with regional priorities and audience needs.
• Research local markets and competitive activity to inform field programs.
• Compile attendee insights, event metrics, and pipeline influence data.
• Prepare summaries for regional leadership reviews.
• Create event briefs and planning docs for field programs.
• Maintain regional marketing assets and ensure materials are current.
