Job summary

Veeam Software, Inc. is offering a Summer Internship in Field Marketing, remotely based out of Washington, DC or Virginia. The role provides hands-on experience in event marketing, ABM programs, and cross-functional coordination with sales and partner teams.

The 10-week program runs May–August 2027, with onboarding led by University Relations and opportunities for professional development and networking to support personal and career growth.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing Marketing, Business, or Communications degree.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple moving pieces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Interest in event marketing, sales alignment, or customer engagement strategies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Event & Program Support: Assist in planning and executing field marketing programs like regional events, trade shows, and partner activations.
• Sales & Partner Alignment: Support account targeting, invite strategies, and attendee prioritization with regional sales teams and partners.
• Campaign & Audience Support: Help develop targeted outreach campaigns and manage segmentation lists and campaign tracking.
• Research & Insights: Conduct market research, collect attendee insights, and summarize regional performance for leadership reviews.
• Content & Asset Support: Create event briefs and planning documents; maintain regional marketing assets.
