Job summary

Veeam is offering a Summer Field Marketing Intern position for May–August 2027, remotely based in the Washington, DC or Virginia area. You will support regional programs that drive pipeline, engage customers, and align with sales, gaining exposure to event marketing and ABM initiatives.

As an intern, you’ll work with sales and partners, help develop targeted campaigns, track performance, and contribute to post-event follow-ups while learning through onboarding sessions and networking activities.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in event marketing, sales alignment, or customer engagement strategies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Event & Program Support: plan and execute field marketing programs, coordinate logistics, support timelines and post-event follow-ups.
• Sales & Partner Alignment: support regional sales targeting, invite strategies, and partner programs.
• Campaign & Audience Support: assist with targeted outreach campaigns and segmentation lists.
• Research & Insights: gather market and event performance data and summarize insights for leadership.
• Content & Asset Support: create briefs and presentations, maintain regional marketing assets.
