Job summary

Veeam Software in the United States is seeking a Campaign Marketing Intern who will support planning and execution of global marketing programs to drive engagement, sales signals and pipeline.

You will gain hands-on experience in campaign marketing and cross-functional coordination with product marketing, field marketing, execution teams, and agencies, learning how campaigns come together from messaging to digital channels, analytics, and optimization.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Interest in campaign marketing, digital marketing, or global marketing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support development of targeted outreach campaigns tied to GTM framework.
• Assist segmentation lists, project tracking, and campaign performance monitoring.
• Create promotional BOM to drive engagement and pipeline for GTM.
• Help ensure messaging aligns with global priorities and audience needs.
• Collaborate on digital channels like email, ads, events, and web.
• Shadow execution team meetings to learn execution arms of Demand Gen.
• Analyze campaign and segment performance; compile recommendations.
• Propose A/B tests and optimizations to improve performance.
• Analyze content and channel patterns and present findings to leaders.
