JBS Live Pork, LLC is hiring a Remote Field Manager for the Central Missouri region. You will coordinate with contract producers, diagnose production issues, and implement improvements to profitability while maintaining strong producer relationships.

The role requires relocation to Central Missouri or nearby driving distance, plus 80% travel. You will train managers, ensure compliance, and support contract renewals with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Relocation to Central Missouri region required.
• BS/BA in Agriculture or related field; or 5 years in a leadership role with live swine.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and reporting tools.
• 80% day travel with occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop new farm managers.
• Audit facility and environmental compliance; propose solutions.
• Assist producers in marketing animals and managing budgets.
• Perform administrative duties including records, conformance, and closeout processes.
• Travel frequently (80%); work independently to market animals.
