JBS Live Pork, LLC is seeking a Remote Field Manager for Central Missouri to lead a group of contract producers as they maximize production and profitability. You will work directly with farms, provide on-site guidance, and oversee reports and communications with the Live Pork Production Manager.

The role requires relocation to Central Missouri or proximity to driving distance of farms, a BS/BA in Agriculture (or 5 years leadership with swine), strong Microsoft Office skills, and travel

Competenze

• Relocation to Central Missouri region.
• BS/BA degree in Agriculture or related field, or 5 years in leadership with live swine.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to travel 80% domestically, with occasional overnights.
• Strong motivation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for frequent travel.

Mansioni

• Train and develop farm managers across 15–25 sites.
• Audit facilities for environmental compliance and cost control.
• Assist with marketing animals and manage documentation.
• Oversee paperwork, pig conformance, budgets, and closeout processes.
• Travel 80% and lead field teams to optimize production.
