Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking a Field Consultant to cover Central Virginia, conducting on-site High Value Property Surveys from a home office and visiting properties as needed. You will capture photos and measurements, coordinate with underwriters, and document findings in Loss Control 360.

Experience in Real Estate, Insurance Adjusting, Construction or Home Appraisals is a plus; CAD, Rapid Sketch, and Xactimate experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Must have smartphone, tablet and personal computer.
• Must have a late-model vehicle and Auto & General Liability Insurance.
• High-speed internet and a camera or smartphone with 16 MP or greater.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct on-site High Value Property Surveys.
• Visit properties, take photos and measurements, and note issues for underwriter review.
• Generate an estimated replacement value and identify major hazards.
• Document information in Loss Control 360 via Signature website.
