Job summary

Seek Now is seeking reliable, independent contractors to provide accurate home and commercial property inspections in major US markets. Our 1099 Field Inspectors access steep roofs and assist Outside and Inside Insurance Adjusters with customer service.

Ideal candidates include those with roofing or building experience, a reliable vehicle, HAAG Certification, and the ability to travel within a 100-mile radius daily and longer CAT assignments when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in construction, service, or sales preferred.
• HAAG Certification a plus; willingness to obtain within year.

Responsibilities

• Climb two-story+ and steep roofs.
• Carry and set up a 32-foot ladder weekly.
• Lift up to 100 pounds for equipment.
• Sketch and measure roof and room components.
• Enter photos and measurements into a mobile app and laptop.
