GE Vernova Inc. is seeking a Field Customer Experience & Productivity Leader to own VOC and services quality across global field operations.

You will lead field defect resolution, guide corrective actions, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to solve recurring customer issues. With a strong emphasis on productivity, you will drive cost optimization, leverage Power BI for reporting, and shape governance around quality systems and field execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years controls experience, or HS diploma with 10+ years controls experience.
• 4+ years experience with GE Control Products and Mark VIe systems in Services, Engineering, or Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global Voice of Customer programs and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Own Services QMS processes, compliance, and governance.
• Drive completion of customer survey actions and closure plans.
• Lead management of field defects, failures, escapes, and corrective actions.
• Establish read-across and lessons learned deployment across regions.
• Provide execution feedback to Commercial, Product Line, and Costing teams.
• Drive productivity improvement initiatives measured in labor hours and contribution margin.
