Job summary

EBR Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to deliver comprehensive clinical, technical, and educational support for LV CRT devices. You will train clinicians, guide procedures, and ensure device utilization while traveling to sites within assigned territories.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and EP lab staff to improve patient outcomes and meet strategic goals. The position is remote/field-based, requiring residence within the territory (Chicago area preferred)

Qualifications

• Relevant clinical support experience in field clinical support, clinical engineering, or similar clinical roles within the medical device industry.
• CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, and project management tools proficiency.
• Experience in cardiac rhythm management, structural heart, or advanced cardiac therapies.
• Familiarity with echocardiographic imaging, trans-septal techniques, and related cardiac intervention workflows.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical assistance and technical expertise during LV leadless therapy procedures.
• Identify suitable patients and troubleshoot devices.
• Assist in pre- and post-procedure planning and follow-up.
