Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of medical device field clinical experience.
• Experience with FDA pre-market or post-market trials.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and cardiac catheterization lab procedures.
• Ability to build relationships with physicians and hospital staff as a technical advisor.
• Willingness to obtain vaccinations and hospital access credentials.
• Strong clinical and technical aptitude in complex devices.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, early-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Drive enrollment by supporting sites with inclusion/exclusion criteria and protocol questions. Proactively investigates and removes obstacles to enrollment and implements solutions.
• Ensure high-quality data capture during procedures and follow-ups, including notes and feedback to improve training.
• Assess physician interests and site capabilities for effective engagement and study execution.
• Support clinical cases to ensure compliant study conduct with IFU and protocols.
• Train clinical staff on procedural techniques and device operation.
• Develop and update training materials and procedural resources.
• Conduct device training during onsite visits and investigator meetings.
• Provide field-based clinical case support throughout the trial lifecycle and report experiences to management.
• Ensure investigational device accountability and manage product returns.
• Coordinate product ordering, inventory management, and site billing; support RMA processes.
• Collect site feedback to identify engineering improvements and design modifications.
• Maintain expertise on investigational and commercial products as a technical/clinical resource.
