AMERISAFE, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented claims professional for its Louisiana-based Workers' Compensation team. You will conduct on-site investigations, determine compensability, establish reserves, document decisions, issue benefit payments, and notify the State authority as required.

The role offers a salary range of $50,000 to $95,000, plus cell phone and internet reimbursement and a target caseload of 60 claims. This is a remote position with travel within the designated territory.

Qualifications

• Workers' compensation claims experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or related professional experience acceptable.
• State license to handle Workers' Compensation claims if required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• World class customer service attitude.
• Proficient with proprietary software and Microsoft Office.
• Remote position with ability to travel within territory.
• Valid driver's license and driving record.

Responsabilités
