Qualifications

• 1–3 years field claims adjusting experience.
• 3–5 years experience estimating claims preferred.
• Florida license or ability to obtain one during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Confirm coverage and resolve coverage issues; contact insured the same day.
• Investigate cause of loss; gather documentation; coordinate with vendors.
• Review correspondence; maintain diary; ensure timely claims processing and payment decisions.
• Assess exposure and reserve appropriately; notify management of large losses.
• Communicate with insureds, agents, and vendors professionally; act as coverage expert.
