Ability to work in an interfaith setting with diverse beliefs.
Strong listening and communication to clients, employees, and families.
Spiritual maturity and commitment to Christian values.
Diplomatic, patient and courteous professional interactions.
Proficiency with Google Suites or Microsoft Office.
Must have a valid state driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Makes regular visits to company worksites (usually weekly) to interact with employees and build relationships.
Provides confidential pastoral discussions for personal or family issues.
Assist in planning, conducting or attending funerals and related support.
Provides relevant literature and resources to employees facing life issues.
Represents the chaplain ministry to clients and employees when appropriate.
Participates in new employee orientation to explain the Employee Care Service.
