Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to work remotely from a dedicated home office. You will serve as the main contact for patients, guiding them through reimbursement, copay management, and pharmacy coordination across all medication journey phases.

You will collaborate with Field Case Managers and care networks, educate patients on services, and adapt support for diverse pharmacy models, all while maintaining a stable schedule and providing compassionate assistance.

Qualifications

• Bilingualism English/French is an asset (Quebec requirement)
• Experience in customer service setting
• Post-secondary education certificate, diploma, or degree preferred
• Experience in reimbursement, call center/pharmaceutical industry, health insurance, or clinical support is an asset
• Knowledge of medical information, CRM systems (Salesforce), and pharmacy operations is preferred

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary contact for patients, guiding them through reimbursement and copay management
• Educates patients on program services, injection training, and coverage support
• Coordinates prescription coverage and renewals with pharmacies and insurers
• Collaborates with Field Case Managers and care network to onboard and support patients
• Adapts services for diverse clinic/pharmacy models and territory requirements
• Anticipates challenges and provides tailored guidance and support
