Job summary

A political campaign organization is seeking a Project Director to lead multiple campaigns and manage a remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, client relations, and staff oversight in a dynamic environment. Experience in field operations and staff management is essential. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to navigate complex project goals. Offering a salary range of $90k - $95k, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits, this is a full-time remote position with some travel expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience running field operations.
• 1+ years of experience managing staff.
• Strong understanding of coordinating with partner organizations.

Responsibilities
