Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of organizing or campaign experience (community, labor, political, or legislative advocacy).
• Strong leadership skills with experience motivating and managing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoys in-person work environments with a broad range of personalities.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently and remotely.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle; driving on the job is mandatory.
• Passion for politics, advocacy, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support teams of canvassers across multiple outreach channels.
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing skills development for canvassers.
• Track, analyze, and report on outreach metrics and team performance.
• Support the development and execution of campaign strategies and field operations.
• Manage scheduling, timesheets, and other administrative requirements.
