Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks aClinical Field Training Manager to lead onboarding, certification, and training for clinicians across our nationwide network of TMS centers. The role blends hands-on field training with program development to ensure high-quality patient care and certification standards.

Extensive travel (up to 80%) supports clinics countrywide. Preferred candidates reside near Houston, St.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• 2+ years of clinical training, education, or staff development experience.
• 2+ years of medical device experience.
• Ability to travel up to 80% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person onboarding and clinical training programs at Greenbrook centers nationwide.
• Facilitate clinician certification and competency assessments.
• Train staff on NeuroStar TMS therapy, patient care protocols, and workflow best practices.
• Coach and develop clinicians through ongoing feedback and performance support.
• Track training records, certifications, and LMS data integrity.
• Partner with Operations, Regional Leadership, and Clinical Leadership to drive training excellence.
• Support the development and enhancement of training materials, SOPs, and educational programs.
