Job summary

The role requires 2+ years of field claims experience, CCC ONE proficiency, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years field claims experience with a strong understanding of claims handling, estimating, and vehicle damage assessment.
• Proficiency with CCC ONE and the ability to write accurate estimates and negotiate claim settlements.
• Experience working with customers, repair facilities, and other claim stakeholders to drive positive claim outcomes.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively as a team player, supporting peers and contributing to overall team success.

Responsibilities

• Possesses strong estimating fundamentals in order to create or audit estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities.
• Possesses a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company.
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files across multiple lines.
• Evaluates settlement alternatives by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices; makes decisions on best option.
• Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers across multiple lines.
