A-SAFE in Seattle is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead field-based sales efforts with heavy travel. This role emphasizes face-to-face engagement, building strong customer relationships, and showcasing our industrial safety solutions.

You will manage territory, prospect, conduct product demos, and drive revenue. The position offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to work remotely part of the time while visiting customer sites across the region.

• Identify real-world needs by walking customer facilities and recommending A-SAFE products.
• Accelerate sales by conducting demos, assessments, and in-person decision conversations.
• Expand market reach by visiting new territories and strengthening A-SAFE's regional presence.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer challenges from onsite visits.
• Drive revenue and growth through proactive prospecting, territory management, and consistent engagement.
