Responsibilities

• Learn about customers’ products and goals, then connect them with AMD technologies and specialist support.
• Build relationships with customers through visits, technical discussions, demonstrations, and follow-up.
• Take ownership of customer questions and opportunities, coordinating with colleagues and AMD specialists as needed.
• Prepare clear presentations, demonstrations, training material, and written updates.
• Keep learning about AMD products and share useful knowledge with customers and the team.
• Use agentic AI tools to plan multi-step work, review results, and protect information.
