You’ll autonomously learn, communicate clearly with customers, and co-create online with peers, traveling for customer sites as needed. Recent graduates welcome, with a passion for tech and AI.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.
• Strong interest in technology and AI, with motivation to learn about AMD FPGA and embedded x86 products.
• Self-driven attitude with initiative to progress tasks and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Learn customers’ products and goals, connect them with AMD technologies and specialist support.
• Build relationships with customers through visits, technical discussions, demos, and follow-ups.
• Own customer questions and opportunities, coordinating with colleagues and AMD specialists as needed.
• Prepare clear presentations, demonstrations, training materials, and written updates.
• Continue learning about AMD products and share knowledge with customers and team.
• Use agentic AI tools to plan and carry out multi-step work, verify claims against sources, protect information.
