Qualifications

The ability and willingness to use agentic AI tools productively and responsibly, while applying your own judgment to their output.
Clear communication skills and an interest in working directly with customers.

Responsibilities

Learn about customers' products and goals, then help connect them with suitable AMD technologies and specialist support.
Build relationships with new and existing customers through visits, technical discussions, demonstrations, and follow-up.
Take ownership of customer questions and opportunities, coordinating with colleagues and AMD specialists when needed.
Prepare clear presentations, demonstrations, training material, and written updates.
Keep learning about AMD products and share useful knowledge with customers and the team.
Use agentic AI tools to help plan and carry out multi-step work, such as research, preparing materials, organizing follow-up, and exploring technical questions. Review the results, check important claims against reliable sources, and protect customer and company information.
