You will act as a trusted technical advisor, delivering engineering guidance to ensure success for both customers and suppliers, with regular onsite visits.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 2+ years of electronic design experience.
• Deep knowledge of system/board/engineering solutions and electronic components.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; sales experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand by maximizing Arrow content on designs.
• Understand customer needs and leverage Arrow resources to craft solutions.
• Apply technical expertise to influence designs using solution selling.
• Collaborate with the sales team across pre- and post-sales activities.
• Provide technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
• Prepare and present technical presentations to customers.
• Manage opportunities and funnel for assigned suppliers.
• Attend supplier trainings and stay updated on products.
• Understand supplier tech strengths/weaknesses and market fit.
• Train sales teams on new products and market them.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers and report progress.
• Engage in strategic branch meetings and quarterly reviews; drive technical plans.
• Help plan engineering customer events and seminars.
