Job summary

Invisible AI Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own customer implementations from kickoff to measurable results. You will scope sites, install and configure the system on the line, lead acceptance testing with customer teams, train users, and support growth of each account.

This hands-on technical role requires time split between customer plants and remote work. You will serve as the primary technical contact, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Experience leading hardware and software implementations in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Experience on manufacturing floor, ideally automotive or Tier 1.
• Comfort with industrial networking and hardware (IP addressing, switches, PoE, Linux basics).
• Familiarity with PLCs and line data; willingness to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Scope the site and develop deployment plans with customer teams.
• Install and configure system on the line and validate coverage.
• Train users, deliver documentation, and lead go-live readiness.
• Lead project plans and regular customer updates; own communication.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to address feedback and fixes.
